The CUSU Liberation Library has re-opened!
The Liberation Library is a combination of the Harry Harris LGBT+ Library, the Disability Resource Library, and the Women’s Campaign Library. There is also a small archive of various resources and books produced by CUSU over the past few years.
The aim of the library is to collect texts (including fiction, non-fiction, academic, and biography) related to CUSU’s liberation campaigns that might not be found in other libraries in Cambridge.
The library is housed in the CUSU/GU lounge in the Students’ Unions’ building at 17 Mill Lane, CB2 1RX.
To borrow a book from the library, simply choose a book, fill out a loan form, and drop it in the box at the bottom of the bookcase. Standard loan time for books is two weeks, but there’s no late charge. If you need any help using the library or finding a text, please ask the receptionist.
